“About the Heart”,is Mrowicki and Struthers latest musical endeavor. The songs in this vein plumb the circular depths of emotion, and hold the promise of hope for the present and future . in a time when all too many are all too ready to fall into fear, the songs on this album move, comfort, and dig deep. With the spice of vexing vocals that celebrate shadow, eclectic musical composition,and lyrics that would delight Darwin, "About the Heart" introduces right brain to left- the Heart-where Love Lives.
The abundance of the local musical scene is prevalent with the likes of Walter Slowinski,Derrik Jordan, Jeremy Holch, and the musial and recording artistry of Julian McBrowne. Julian steps into the musical spotlight on this album sharing his talents on bass guitar to create a foundation upon which the songs are able to stretch and grow.
The project is still in process and is hoped to be completed, fall/winter 2008.
